### Description
SD Verifier & Fixer is a proprietary tool by Tralegraffe Software Solution for verifying, detecting, and fixing fake or damaged SD cards and USB drives. It supports both Linux and macOS platforms with dedicated scripts. The tool can detect counterfeit cards, analyze real capacity, generate detailed reports, and optionally correct the device by reformatting it to its real capacity.

### Activation
This software requires a free one-time activation per device. On first launch, you will be asked for your name and email address. An internet connection is required for the activation process. Once activated, the license is lifetime and no further activation is needed on the same device.

- Root privileges (sudo)
- Standard tools: `lsblk`, `blockdev`, `dd`, `cmp`, `curl`
- Optional: `parted`, `mkfs.fat`, `mkfs.exfat` (for formatting/correction)
- Internet connection (first activation only)

#### macOS
- Root privileges (sudo)
- Standard tools: `diskutil`, `dd`, `cmp`, `curl` (preinstalled)
- Optional: `newfs_msdos`, `newfs_exfat` (preinstalled)
- Internet connection (first activation only)

### Usage
#### Linux
- Run the script as root: `sudo ./sd_verifier.sh`
- On first run, follow the activation prompt (name + email).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select the device, test type, and filesystem.
- The script will guide you through verification, correction, and report generation.

#### macOS
- Run the script as root: `sudo ./sd_verifier_macos_licensed.sh`
- On first run, follow the activation prompt (name + email).
- Follow the prompts to select the disk, test type, and filesystem.
- The script performs the tests, correction, and saves a report.

### How it works
1. The software verifies the activation status with the Tralegraffe license server.
2. The script detects all removable devices (SD, USB) and excludes system/internal disks.
3. You select the device to test and the filesystem (FAT32 or exFAT).
4. A write/read test is performed at strategic points on the device (ultra-fast) or across the entire device (full).
5. If errors are detected (data corruption), the card is flagged as fake/damaged and the real capacity is estimated.
6. The card can be automatically reformatted to its real safe capacity.
7. A detailed report is saved to a text file.

### Attivazione

### Utilizzo

### Come funziona
1. Il software verifica lo stato di attivazione con il server licenze Tralegraffe.
2. Lo script rileva tutti i dispositivi rimovibili (SD, USB) ed esclude i dischi di sistema/interni.
3. Selezioni il dispositivo da testare e il filesystem (FAT32 o exFAT).
4. Viene eseguito un test di scrittura/lettura in punti strategici (ultra-veloce) o su tutto il dispositivo (completo).
5. Se vengono rilevati errori (dati corrotti), la scheda viene segnalata come falsa/danneggiata e viene stimata la capacità reale.
6. La scheda può essere riformattata automaticamente alla capacità reale sicura.
7. Un report dettagliato viene salvato in un file di testo.
